For those who to find themselves unaware, that is the 2d time Mattel has released a Kelly Friends of the World. The first set used to be all Kelly dolls: Holland- stereotypical "wooden" footwear, blonde braids & "milk-maid" outfit & watering can; Spain in a satiny pink w/black polka dots & lace flamenco costume w/ an attractive handheld "fan" and a flowery hairpiece- and "gold" pierced earrings); and Kenya- a very dark skin tone African Kelly with "flocked" hair (like previous GI Joe), crimson pieced earrings, "native" dress with little black sandals (rubber-banded to the toes so to no longer get lost) and plastic colourful circles around the neck... and a kitty with a "fur" rough around the neck! The Kenyan Kelly is similar to the unique Dolls of the World Kenyan Barbie.
This 2nd collection of the Kelly Friends of the World conveys again 2 of the original dolls in new (but similar) outfits, and one BOY doll (!) in a completely new outfit.

In this set: Kelly goes to Scotland, Holland and Spain. The costumes are well-done for the size, but no longer detachable. These merchandises truly are designed as ornaments for the adult collector, but nice educational data enclosed on the nations Kelly signifys.
